How long does a full roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in a single day. Larger homes or complex roof systems may take two days. Our W2 crews are full-time employees — they show up on schedule and don't disappear mid-job like subcontractors sometimes do.

Will you work directly with my insurance adjuster?

Yes — this is one of our specialties. We handle the entire insurance process: damage documentation, adjuster meetings, supplement negotiations, and final sign-off. Most homeowners end up getting significantly more covered than their initial estimate once we're involved.

What does "W2 employees" actually mean for me as a homeowner?

It means every Project Manager running your job is a direct employee of Status Roofing — background-checked, trained, and covered by our workers' compensation insurance. Most roofing companies use 1099 subcontractors who are essentially self-employed. With W2 employees, you have better protection and accountability.

Do you really serve all of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri?

Yes. We operate from our Frisco, TX headquarters and our Oklahoma City office, with crews dispatched statewide across all four states. We're actively expanding market-specific Project Managers — including a new Austin, TX presence — to bring local expertise to every market we serve.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing options through our lending partners so you can get your roof replaced without paying the full amount upfront. Ask your estimator about current rates and terms during your free estimate appointment.

How soon can I get an estimate after I call?

We typically schedule free estimate appointments within 1–3 business days. For urgent storm damage, we prioritize same-day or next-day visits. After the inspection, you'll receive a written estimate — no verbal quotes, no pressure.
